Statsby user ?

Hi,

First of all excuse me for my english...

I would like to know if it is possible to have a range of the top users (number of messages for exemple) for each under-section of the forum ?
My goal is to know WHO are the most influent person of a section i will create.
On the other side : is it possible ,if i select a user individually to know in wich in section he is the most active ?
